Phoenix Fitness & Martial Arts gives busy adults personalized coaching, small-group attention, and a welcoming community. From strength training, boxing, kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu, we help driven people transform both body and mindset.

We have both youth & adult classes in Strength Training, Boxing & Jiu Jitsu . We also have adult Muay Thai/Kickboxing.
Yes, we offer both.
Our small group classes range from 12-18 people depending on the program.
Your first training session will be a one on one lesson. Your coach will go through the basics of your program and answer any questions you have.
For the safety of our members & coaches, we do not offer free trial classes. You will get a feel of the class structure during your beginner lessons.
Lots of people do one style of training, some do multiple.
Our martial arts classes are appropriate for kids 8-16 while our strength classes are appropriate for 12-17.
Sparring is a great way to understand what you are doing well and what you need to work on. Sparring is NOT required but it is encouraged as you continue to learn. Sparring in class is never full contact and you can always talk with your coach about your comfortability level.
Our memberships allow you to attend as many classes as you are able.
We do not discount our memberships due to our limited class capacity.
