We offer one-on-one personal training for those looking for a more customized program. If you have a more specific goal, a schedule that doesn't allow you to make the group class times, or just feel more comfortable working one on one with a trainer this is a great option for you.

We also offer semi-private training which allows you to share your sessions with a few friends.

With your one on one or semi-private training you will get the full focus and attention from your personal trainer who will design the best program, encourage and support you, and ensure you achieve your goals.

  • Private and semi-private sessions are 2 or 3 days per week
  • Must be at least 17 years old to participate
  • Semi private groups are limited to 4 members
