- Learn about us – programs, schedule and membership options

Begin with one-on-one Starter Sessions
- Meet your coach – build a strong relationship
- Learn the basics – eliminate any anxiety, understand class structure
Starter Sessions
- One on One sessions with a coach
- $90 per session
- 3 Sessions per program

Step 3:
Continue Your Transformation with Ongoing Training
Ongoing Training Options
- Personal Training: $90 per session
