Begin with one-on-one Starter Sessions

  • Meet your coach – build a strong relationship
  • Learn the basics – eliminate any anxiety, understand class structure

Starter Sessions

  • One on One sessions with a coach
  • $90 per session
  • 3 Sessions per program
    * More or Less - depending on experience & coach’s approval

Step 3:

Continue Your Transformation with Ongoing Training

  • Pick your training preference – Personal or Group
  • Choose your commitment level – Month to Month or Annual Membership

Ongoing Training Options

  • Personal Training: $90 per session
    Minimum 2x per week

  • Group Training: $259 - $309 per month
    Depending on commitment level
